Terms & Conditions – Visa Approval Letter Service

1. Service Scope

The Company provides assistance in obtaining a Visa Approval Letter issued by the competent immigration authority.

The service includes:

• Receiving and reviewing the customer's application and supporting information.
• Preparing and submitting the application to the relevant immigration authority.
• Monitoring the application status.
• Delivering the approved Visa Approval Letter to the customer via email.

The service does not include:

• Visa stamping fees payable at the airport or at an Embassy/Consulate.
• Fast Track service, airport transfer, or any additional services unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.
• Any government fees other than the Company's service fee.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• Ensuring that their passport remains valid in accordance with the immigration requirements of the destination country.
• Carefully reviewing the Visa Approval Letter upon receipt and notifying the Company immediately of any discrepancies.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Processing Time

Processing time begins only after:

• The Company has received all required documents and information; and
• Full payment has been successfully received.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Immigration authority processing schedules;
• Public holidays or weekends;
• Requests for additional verification or documentation; or
• Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

4. Immigration Authority

The issuance of a Visa Approval Letter is solely at the discretion of the competent immigration authority.

The Company cannot:

• Guarantee approval of any application;
• Influence or alter any decision made by the immigration authority; or
• Guarantee a specific processing time.

5. Visa Approval Letter and Entry Permission

A Visa Approval Letter is not a visa.

Possession of a Visa Approval Letter does not guarantee:

• The issuance of a visa; or
• Permission to enter the destination country.

The final decision regarding visa issuance and entry rests solely with the relevant immigration authorities at the port of entry or the competent diplomatic mission.

6. Changes After Submission

Once an application has been submitted, any changes to:

• Full name;
• Passport number;
• Nationality;
• Intended arrival date;
• Port of entry; or
• Any other application details

may require a new application and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers may request cancellation before the application has been submitted to the immigration authority.
• Once the application has been submitted, the service fee and any incurred government or administrative charges are non-refundable.
• Any refund, if applicable, shall be considered in accordance with the Company's refund policy and on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Application refusal or processing delays by the immigration authority;
• Visa refusal or denial of entry;
• Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer;
• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes;
• Changes to immigration laws, regulations, or government policies.

Under no circumstances shall the Company's liability exceed the total service fee paid by the customer for the relevant application.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Epidemics or pandemics;
• War, civil unrest, or strikes;
• Technical or system failures;
• Government actions or policy changes;
• Airport or airline operational disruptions.

10. Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting customers' personal information. Personal data will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of providing the Visa Approval Letter Service or as required by applicable law or the competent authorities.

11. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, making payment, or using the Visa Approval Letter Service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
