Terms & Conditions – e-Visa Code Expedited Processing Service

1. Service Scope

The e-Visa Code Expedited Processing Service provides assistance in expediting the processing of an existing e-Visa application that has already been submitted to the competent immigration authority.

This service includes:

• Receiving and verifying the customer's e-Visa application code and supporting information.
• Coordinating with the relevant authorities, where applicable, to facilitate expedited processing.
• Monitoring the application status.
• Notifying the customer of the application result via email.

This service does not include:

• Submission of a new e-Visa application.
• Modification or correction of information in an existing e-Visa application.
• Guarantee of e-Visa approval.
• Government fees unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

This service is available only to customers who have already submitted an official e-Visa application and have received a valid e-Visa application code from the competent immigration authority.

Customers without a valid application code are not eligible for this service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

• A valid e-Visa application code.
• Accurate personal information.
• Any additional documents requested for processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete and accurate.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or unsuccessful processing resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Processing Time

Estimated processing times begin after:

• Full payment has been received; and
• All required information has been successfully submitted.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Immigration authority workload.
• Public holidays.
• System maintenance.
• Additional verification requirements.
• Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

5. No Guarantee of Approval or Processing Time

The Company provides an expedited processing support service only.

The Company does not:

• Guarantee approval of any e-Visa application.
• Guarantee completion within a specific timeframe.
• Influence or alter any decision made by the competent immigration authority.

All decisions regarding approval or refusal remain solely with the competent government authority.

6. Changes After Submission

Once the expedited processing request has been submitted, changes to:

• Personal information;
• Passport details;
• Nationality;
• Arrival date; or
• Any application information

may not be possible and may require a new application or additional fees.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the expedited processing request has been initiated.

Once processing has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable.

No refund will be provided if:

• The e-Visa application is refused by the immigration authority.
• Processing is delayed due to government procedures.
• Incorrect information was provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Refusal of an e-Visa application.
• Delays caused by the immigration authority.
• Government policy changes.
• Flight disruptions or travel losses.
• Customer errors in the application.
• Any indirect or consequential losses.

The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the customer.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure to provide the service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, government actions, strikes, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events.

10. Privacy Policy

The Company is committed to protecting customers' personal information and will use such information solely for providing the e-Visa Code Expedited Processing Service and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the e-Visa Code Expedited Processing Service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
