1. Application Cancellation

• Customers may request to cancel their visa application before it is processed.
• Once the application has been submitted to the immigration authority, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy

• 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made before processing begins.
• No refund will be provided once:
  • The application has been processed, or
  • The visa approval letter has been issued.

3. Processing Fees

• All government fees and third-party service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Applications

• If a duplicate application is submitted, customers must notify us immediately.
• Refund requests in such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Time & Delays

• Processing time is estimated and may vary depending on immigration authorities.
• Delays caused by external factors are not eligible for refunds.
