2. Independent Visa Assistance Service

VietnamBooking-Visa.com operates independently from the Vietnamese government, immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates.

We do not have authority to approve or issue Vietnamese visas. Visa decisions are made solely by the competent Vietnamese authorities.

3. Visa Approval & Entry

Our assistance service does not guarantee visa approval, visa validity, processing time, or permission to enter Vietnam.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all applicable Vietnamese immigration, border, customs, and entry requirements.

4. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and truthful information that matches their passport and supporting documents.

We are not responsible for delays, rejection, additional costs, or other problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by the customer.

5. Processing Time

Processing times displayed on our website or communicated by our team are estimates only.

Processing may take longer because of government processing, public holidays, additional checks, document requests, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Government Fee & Service Fee

The official Vietnamese government visa fee and our private service fee are separate charges.

Our service fee covers the private assistance and support services selected by the customer.

7. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Customers should review the service description, processing option, and applicable fees before payment.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Once processing or other services have started, certain fees may be non-refundable.

8. Passport & Visa Details

Customers are responsible for providing valid travel documents and checking their visa details after receiving the visa, including their name, passport number, validity, permitted entries, and period of stay.

9. Privacy

We may collect personal information necessary to provide visa assistance, including passport, identity, travel, and contact information.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
