The International Arrival Fast Track Service provides assistance to passengers upon arrival at the airport by facilitating an expedited immigration clearance process.

The service includes:

• Meet and greet by a dedicated airport representative at the designated meeting point (subject to airport regulations).
• Escort through the immigration process.
• Assistance with airport navigation until completion of immigration formalities.

The service does not include customs clearance, quarantine procedures, baggage handling, porter service, transportation, or any additional services unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

2. Booking Requirements

Customers must provide accurate passenger information, including:

• Full name (as shown on passport)
• Flight number
• Arrival date and time
• Nationality
• Passport details (if required)

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or the inability to provide the service.

3. Passenger Eligibility

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

• A valid passport
• A valid visa (where applicable)
• All required travel documents
• Compliance with the immigration requirements of the destination country.

Booking the Fast Track Service does not guarantee entry into the destination country.

4. Immigration Authority

Fast Track Service does not influence or interfere with decisions made by:

• Health or quarantine authorities

All passengers remain subject to security screening and immigration inspections in accordance with local laws and regulations.

5. Flight Changes

Customers must notify us immediately of any:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revised flight details; however, service availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute changes.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Passenger delays caused by customs, security, or immigration inspections
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
