Vietnam Visa Instructions
If you want to receive your entry visa (e-visa), on time or earlier than expected, you can register for service packages on our website.
The e-Visa is normally processed within 4-5 working days (*) after the e-Visa fee has been paid with sufficient and valid information.
$50 USD for multiple entry
This fee is non-refundable, even if your visa is refused.
$25 USD for multiple entry

What is Vietnam eVisa?
A Vietnam e-Visa is an official electronic travel authorization issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. It allows foreign travelers to enter and stay in Vietnam for up to 90 days for purposes such as:
Purpose of entry: Tourist/ Visiting relatives/ Business/ Working
The entire process is done online – no need to visit an embassy or queue for a visa on arrival.
What Does a Vietnam eVisa Look Like?
Once approved, your Vietnam eVisa will be a PDF document that you download and print.
It contains:
- Your personal details (Full name, Date of birth, Nationality, Passport Number, Passport’s Expiry date)
- Visa type (single or multiple entry)
- Validity period (start and end date)
- Visa code and official electronic stamp from Vietnam Immigration Department

Vietnam eVisa Requirements
To apply successfully, make sure you have:
- A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date.
- A portrait photo (4×6 cm or passport-size, white background, looking straight).
- A photo/scan of the passport data page (clearly showing all details).
- Your intended entry and exit ports.
- A valid email address (to receive notifications).
- A credit/debit card for payment of the visa fee.
Vietnam eVisa Processing Time
It normally takes 04 – 05 working days to receive the e-visa letter.
you are recommended to submit your application at least 2 weeks before departure for Vietnam.
For those who need to expedite their visa processing, an emergency Vietnam visa service of which the visa can be processed within 1–2-4 working hours, or 1-2-3 working days. Of course, it will come along with a higher fee
